Moving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas without the broker runaround, the surprise fees, or your furniture roasting in the desert. One crew loads in LA and unloads in Vegas, for a flat price you get before you book.
The drive is about 270 miles, close to four hours when the road is open. The catch is that the I-15 is the party road to Vegas, and Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings it backs up hard around Barstow and the state line. We schedule the run to miss the worst of it rather than crawling through it, which keeps the move predictable and keeps your heat-sensitive things out of a trailer that’s stopped dead in the sun. The Mojave gets hot, so we wrap and load for it instead of throwing things in bare. Delivery runs on a window rather than a fixed hour, and for a dedicated truck going straight through it’s usually quick given the short haul. We lock in your timing before the move so you can plan the Vegas end.
Storage in transit option. We will keep your belongings safe while your new home is getting ready for you2
26/45/53 foot commercial grade trucks. Will fit all of your belongings
Delivering to 48 States by our own fleet. (No middle man or subcontractors involved)
Flexible pick up and delivery schedule. Easy booking process
See what your move could cost
This isn’t billed by the hour like a move across town. A long-distance move is quoted on how much you’re taking and how far it goes, plus any packing and the access at both ends, and the size of your place drives the number more than anything else.
We won’t throw a figure at you over the phone sight unseen. We go through your inventory first, then give you a flat price that holds, with nothing sprung on you at delivery.
Want to keep it down? Pack yourself instead of adding full packing, and clear out what you’re not taking before we load. For general pricing, see our rates page.

People make this move for the obvious reasons, no state income tax and housing that goes further than it does in LA, and where you land shapes the job.
A lot of Vegas living is in master-planned and gated communities like Summerlin and Henderson, where the gate needs a name ahead of time and the HOA may set move hours. High-rise condos on and around the Strip come with reserved freight elevators and a certificate of insurance before the crew gets past the lobby.
Newer builds out in the valley can mean long driveways and desert streets with little shade to park under. Tell us where you’re headed when you book and we sort the access before the day.
Upfront pricing, licensed crews, your own team start to finish
An LA to Vegas move covers the whole job: furniture taken apart and put back together, wrapping and padding, loading, the drive, and placing everything room by room at the Vegas end. Pianos, antiques, and anything fragile go to crews who handle them all the time.
Don’t want to box up the kitchen? Add packing, full or partial. Vegas keys not ready yet? Storage in transit keeps everything safe until you can take delivery.

Friday afternoons and Sunday evenings, when the I-15 fills with weekend Vegas traffic around Barstow and the state line. We schedule the run to avoid the worst of it rather than sitting in it.
As early as you can. This is the busiest outbound route from Southern California, and May through August dates go quickly. A couple of weeks’ notice gives you a real choice of days.
It comes down to how much you’re moving and the services you need, not an hourly rate. Home size drives it most. You get a flat price upfront once we’ve gone through your inventory, with nothing added at delivery.
Yes, it’s routine. We arrange gate access and work around HOA move hours ahead of the date, so the crew isn’t stuck at the gate.
Yes. Those buildings usually want a reserved elevator and a certificate of insurance before move day, and we line that up with building management in advance.
We wrap and load with the heat in mind, so furniture and electronics are protected for the trip rather than cooking in a bare trailer.
Yes, we run it both ways.
