Started working as movers, Aleh (Oleg) and his family members were able to receive important knowledge and experience about moving business and it’s operations. After several years working for local moving company, the Family was ready to open their own moving company in Los Angeles. Started with two trucks company has quickly grown into mid size local moving company. Based on our own experience we were able to hire right team of movers, some of them then were promoted to supervisors. Comfortable and professional work atmosphere allowed our employees to grow, learn and improve skills. Every year we were exploring new territories and expanding our moving services. On the third year of moving organization we’ve launched our long distance moving services. The growing recourses and the proper licensing allowed us to move household good to neighbor States and farther. It didn’t take long until we were able to move people across entire United States. By created internal company standards we are able to quickly train and pass skills to new employees.
The quality control is important, our dedicated team of supervisors spend a lot of time making sure that every move goes smoothly and all aspects are accounted. Preparations and after the move reports are standard scheme, allowing us to make sure that customers are receiving what is requested. The fleet management and preventative maintenance, safety check ups is a big part in our routine. All trucks and company vehicles receive necessary attention. That brings the chances of equipment failure and shortages to the minimal level. For extra assurance we keep extra vehicles in our fleet for timely replacement in case of unforeseen occasions. Our moving company and people working in it are truly passionate about what we are bringing to our community. Reinventing moving industry to the new level. Since 2019 Gentlemen’s moving company started participating in annual charity event, helping kids around the globe to receive a shoebox gift before the Christmas. By donating our equipment and the manpower during national collection week in November we help local church to collect goods and ship them out. We believe that all together we can make this world a better place for every soul. We hope to be helpful to you too, we are excited to become a moving company of your choice! .
